Meet the Áo Dài Festival 7 Ambassadors
We are proud to introduce the dedicated and inspiring individuals who make up the Ambassador Team for the Áo Dài Festival 2025. These passionate community leaders, artists, and advocates share our commitment to celebrating Vietnamese culture and promoting positive change. As representatives of our festival, they play a vital role in spreading awareness of the rich heritage embodied by the iconic áo dài, while supporting our mission to uplift communities through art and cultural exchange.
Amber Vo
Amber is a dedicated emerging HR professional and the current Miss Congeniality in the Miss Asian Global 2024 pageant. As an Ambassador and Project Manager for the Áo Dài Festival 2025, she contributes her passion and skills to support the event's mission.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Amber volunteers to support children in Vietnam and conducts digital classes for at-risk seniors, empowering them to utilize technology effectively. She is also pursuing her MBA while exploring opportunities in HR and talent management, with a focus on creating inclusive environments that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. When she’s not working, you’ll find Amber conquering the golf course with a swing and a smile.
Amber Vo

Amy Wang
Amy brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Áo Dài Festival ambassador team. Her background in product leadership at major tech firms, startup advisory, investments, and real estate development showcases her ability to lead and inspire. In 2024, she founded the Dragon Hearts Foundation to create lasting societal impact through philanthropy, community engagement, and scholarships for future generations.
With over 20 years of experience leading teams at companies like Cisco, Adobe, Oracle, and IBM, Amy’s dedication to innovation and community growth stands out. She has also built a successful business in commercial real estate, highlighting her entrepreneurial spirit. As an ambassador, Amy’s leadership and commitment to giving back make her an invaluable part of the team. Amy holds a Real Estate License, a business degree from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from UCLA.
Bichlien Nguyen
Bichlien hails from Huế city, in Central Vietnam, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UC Davis. She is currently a Senior Principal Program Manager, overseeing major global projects. Beyond her corporate success, Bichlien is a dedicated humanitarian, passionate about helping the underserved, the sick, and orphaned children. She actively supports the Vietnamese community and charitable programs. As the first Vietnamese television newscaster for Channel 48 in San Jose, she frequently serves as an MC for Bay Area events. She was crowned Mrs. Asia USA International in 2018 and honored as a Hollywood Woman of Substance in 2022.
Bichlien has been a long-time supporter of the Áo Dài Festival and continues to play an important role in supporting its mission to preserve Vietnamese traditions for future generations.
Lynn Wu
Lynn is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. As a Human Resource Business Partner at Apple, she leads global people programs for the sales organization. She holds a BS in International Business and Human Resource Management and an MS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
Passionate about empowering women and fostering connections through shared stories, Lynn advocates for embracing heritage, culture, and values. She was 2nd Runner Up at Mrs. Vietnam USA 2019 and co-chairs the Asian Pacific Business Resource Group at Apple, championing inclusion and diversity. Lynn also serves on the boards of Miss and Mrs. Vietnam USA and the SSK Foundation, organizing events that create opportunities for others to shine.
Katelynn Khanh Nguyen
Khanh is a multifaceted entrepreneur and wellness expert who currently runs Omomi Lash and Performance Makeup, a beauty spa known for its exceptional services and personalized care. Before entering the beauty industry, she spent over 10 years as a chiropractor, dedicating herself to improving her patients' health and well-being.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Khanh serves as an Assistant Scout Master (ASM), demonstrating her commitment to leadership and youth development. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, jet skiing, scuba diving, and surfing. Her passion for adventure is matched by her dedication to community involvement. Whether she’s helping others feel their best or organizing memorable experiences, Khanh is committed to making a positive impact in everything she does.
Thao Nguyen
Thao is a Computer Science student at San Jose State University, balancing her passion for technology with a deep love for the arts and culture. From an early age, she trained as a ballerina, nurturing her lifelong dream of performing on stage. Thao's admiration for the traditional Áo Dài drives her commitment to preserving Vietnamese heritage, and she actively contributes to cultural and community events.
In addition to her studies, Thao enjoys traveling and exploring different cities, constantly seeking inspiration to fuel her creativity. She combines her talents by choreographing fashion shows for the Áo Dài Festival and supporting various community events, bringing her love for performance and culture to life.
Tiffany Nhin
Tiffany is a former teacher, pageant titleholder, and passionate advocate for Vietnamese culture. Since 2023, she has served as the Social Community Manager and Ambassador for the Áo Dài Festival, engaging the community and promoting Vietnamese heritage through social media and outreach initiatives. Her recent roles include Miss Vietnam California (2020–2023), Hospitality/Community Director for LNYSJ 2024, and PR Liaison for Miss Vietnam California 2024. Tiffany is committed to using her platform to inspire others and foster cultural pride within the community.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Bay Area food scene, sharing her culinary adventures on Instagram (@tifftriesit), and spending quality time with her family and pets.
Thuy Van Ho
Van relocated to the Bay Area from Vietnam 10 years ago and has since become a leading professional in the beauty industry, with 9 years of experience, including 7 years as a highly regarded trainer. As the founder and owner of Vbeauty, Van offers a comprehensive range of beauty services, including permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, skincare, headspa treatments, and specialized training programs.
Her passion for empowering others through beauty education stems from her background in education, having earned a college degree in Vietnam before transitioning into the beauty industry. Van joined the Áo Dài Festival team out of her deep passion to give back to the community and support cultural initiatives.
