Amber Vo
Amber is a dedicated emerging HR professional and the current Miss Congeniality in the Miss Asian Global 2024 pageant. As an Ambassador and Project Manager for the Áo Dài Festival 2025, she contributes her passion and skills to support the event's mission.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Amber volunteers to support children in Vietnam and conducts digital classes for at-risk seniors, empowering them to utilize technology effectively. She is also pursuing her MBA while exploring opportunities in HR and talent management, with a focus on creating inclusive environments that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. When she’s not working, you’ll find Amber conquering the golf course with a swing and a smile.
Dan Nguyen
Dan is a passionate photographer with a love for capturing life’s most beautiful moments. Whether traveling, hiking, or exploring new places, he finds inspiration in the world around him and expresses it through his lens.
Beyond his photography, Dan is deeply committed to giving back to the community, dedicating his Saturdays to helping his local church. His generosity and dedication extend to the Áo Dài Festival, where he has been a great supporter, contributing his time and talents to help further its mission.

Masashi Motonaga
Masashi, originally from Okinawa, Japan, is a passionate photographer and seasoned Automotive Technician with over 20 years of experience. He has built and competed in race cars for Motorsports competitions. Outside of his career in cars, Masashi finds joy in capturing moments through photography and exploring new places, with Vietnam standing out as one of his favorite destinations due to his admiration for the culture and people.
Masashi has generously volunteered his photography skills at several prestigious events, including Miss Asian Global, Miss & Mrs. Vietnam USA, Miss Vietnam California, Thương Ca Tiếng Việt, and Áo Dài Festival VI. His contributions to these cultural and pageant events demonstrate his commitment to supporting and celebrating community through his lens.

Thomas Pham
Thomas Pham is a visual storyteller who uses the camera to honor Vietnamese culture, memory, and identity. Victor Hong
Dr. Victor Hong is proud to serve on the Áo Dài Festival media team, helping celebrate and preserve Vietnamese culture. He enjoys collaborating with artists, designers, and community members to visually capture the elegance, spirit, and stories behind the traditional Áo Dài.
A serial entrepreneur, Dr. Hong is involved in multiple ventures spanning food innovation, small business development, alternative health solutions, and digital media. His multidisciplinary background informs his creative approach, blending storytelling with purpose-driven work.
